We call these Chocolate Bar Meringues. We smashed bars of chocolate and then added them to the meringues before baking.
Benj did a fabulous job washing and cutting the potatoes. We drizzled them with olive oil, lots of basil, salt and pepper then wrapped them up for the BBQ.
When teaching Benj to place things in the right place I have found drawing circles very helpful. Just remember to flip the marker side over.
Gorgeous Miami ribs with a marinade made with kiwi, soy, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, orange, lemon and sugar. When using kiwi do not marinade for more than 4 hours as it will make the meat mushy.

Benj loves anything on the bone so giant chocolate and espresso rubbed beef bones and wings are in the grill. We eat them with Piri Piri but then again we eat everything with Piri Piri.
Benj is back at it making some very stuff whip cream to hold all the Ontario peaches and blueberries.
