Tea Pot and Tea Cups - I would like to add that I did this mostly one handed . I broke and dislocated my collarbone a week before, so this was a challenge, and not my best work by any means. I substituted strawberry mousse for icing on the cuppies :)
I loved making this bird bath cake! It is one of my all time favourites. I used the concrete, acid stained bird bath I made (that sits in my garden) as inspiration. This was also the first cake I ever assembled on site.
"Chocolate" Cherry Sweet 16. The numbers, branches and flowers (Yes, the flowers!) are made from chocolate. It's hard to tell from the photo, but the base was built up with cereal treats to look like the "tree" was growing out of a mound. The roots come out a little from under the bottom cake, which is suspended on top of a separator disguised as a trunk. Another chunk o'trunk sits between the tiers. The tiers are also staggered so the entire visual is free form.
