Lions Gate Bridge in Vancouver. This section of the seawall is just below the Lions Gate Bridge and borders the Pacific Ocean and Stanley Park. It is one of the most popular walks in Canada, if not the entire world.
THE PHOTOGRAPHER - It's the big trees that people look for in Stanley Park, Vancouver. I happened to capture this while she was capturing hers. Total luck. This tree is a Western Red Cedar, cousin of the California Redwood. It's not really about the big trees so much but capturing the feeling in the forest is always the goal. If a photograph can convey a feeling to the viewer, then he has succeeded in his mission. #StanleyPark #Vancouver #BigTrees
We were out for a long walk on the trails of Stanley Park. I wasn't really looking for a photo of the harbour, but I just couldn't resist this beautiful sky and the reflection on the water. Taken on a rare beautiful, Vancouver, November day near the entrance to the park on the Seawall looking South. If you look closely, in the distance, you can see the sails of Canada Place. #Vancouver
