Big Head meet Big Ben.
Crossing the Brooklyn Bridge into DUMBO for an art show. DUMBO (Down Under the Manhattan/Brooklyn overpass) has the city's highest rate of creative capital: People in the arts constitute about 20 percent of its workforce.
According to tradition, Chartres Cathedral has housed the tunic of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Sancta Camisia, since 876. The relic was said to have been given to the cathedral by Charlemagne, who received it as a gift during a trip to Jerusalem. Because of this relic, Chartres has been a very important Marian pilgrimage center and the faithful still come from the world over to honor it. You can catch a glimpse over my right shoulder.
Bodhi is a big fan of Mario Ricci and his ongoing efforts to support animal rescue operations. This is not Bodhi. It's Moxy, one of Mario's paintings. Check out more of Mario's work at www.manpaintsdog.com
iPad cartoon commemorating Bodhi's first hair cut.
This iPad cartoon was drawn on the day I concluded that Bodhi would not stop growing.
Big Head visits Brussels to meet Manneken Pis. This is a famous Brussels landmark. It is a small bronze fountain sculpture depicting a naked little boy urinating into the fountain's basin. It was designed by Hiëronymus Duquesnoy the Elder and put in place in 1618 or 1619.
A line art study for another sculpture that I probably won't build.
