Happy Tuesday everyone! Enjoy today’s workout! Remember to drink plenty of water today! (I haven’t been reaching my water goals myself.) If the repetitions are too hard for you, do fewer! If they’re too easy, do more! I find myself doing extra clamp crunches and scissor crunches . You really want to feel the moves in your abs.
