Baked Smores Bars | Cookies, good. S'mores, good. S'mores cookies, GENIUS! The concept is simple, but the results are outstanding! They taste better than smores in my opinion. For those of you who prefer the chewy cookie to the crispy cookie, this is for you. Imagine eating a smore, but instead of having a hard, crispy graham cracker on the bottom you have a chewy graham cracker flavored cookie!

Baked Smores Bars… these were SO good! It was like a party in my mouth and I’m not kidding. I’m not even a big smores fan and these were so good that I am going to have to make them again and again, everyone loved them, and they didn’t last long at all!

Lightened up creamy cauliflower gratin. 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp butter ½ yellow onion, diced 1 clove garlic, minced or grated 1 tbsp flour pinch of salt cups chicken stock ¼ cup cream cheese ½ cup shredded cheese 1 head cauliflower, chopped

Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus. And the best part? Totally paleo. I love paleo.

12 asparagus spears 6 prosciutto slices Cut prosciutto strips in half lengthways. Wrap the bottom end of prosciutto over the asparagus start rolling in a spiral up, leaving tip exposed. Fry wrapped asparagus spears until prosciutto is brown and crispy.
