This would be so easy to make vegan using cashew cream rather than cheese: Baked quinoa broccoli casserole. Cheesy, warm goodness at only 200 calories per serving & quinoa has more protein than meat! Best quinoa dish yet!
Buy an old nightstand at Goodwill, paint it up, cut in half, and put one half on either side of the bed and screw into the wall. - Two nightstands from one.cheap and easy. I love the wall color and pink paint for the nightstands too!
At the back of the dining room area you could put a wall-to-wall bookcase filled with books. If you don't have that many books you can have a display bookcase where you place nick backs, a few books, some magazine, sculptures etc.
