After kayaking on the Grand River at Riverbluffs Park, it's nice to take a walk along the multi-use trail up to Devi's Creek and see a couple of small waterfalls. Saw these wayfinding signs and maps along the way. #mappyMonday #mapsinthewild

Early last week I took a few days off to visit a friend in the Niagara region and had fun wandering around Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls. Went during the week so it wasn't as busy, but still wore my N95 when in crowds or indoors. One of my favourite activities is to browse bookshelves in a library or bookstore. A few weeks ago I found myself wandering through the travel section in Indigo in Cambridge - lots of maps and adventure! I also love train travel, so this book of scenic rail journeys caught my eye, and there are lots of maps in it, too. And this Michelin map of Iceland was posing for a photo so I had to snap a pic, but the rail book came home with me 😁 #mappyMonday #mapsinthewild

Finally got out on a bike ride this weekend with stops at TWB Co-op and Arabella Park Beer Bar.
