You know when someone just gets you? Well @neogrey_design identity and type designer Ivan Filipov gets people. We were struggling with coming up with a logo concept. You have seen some of the many ideas weve been through and abandoned. Nothing seemed quite right. But then out of the chaos of the Internet stepped Ivan. Hes been doing this for 27 years. Well we did it. It has been a crazy ass year and not an easy one for many. When we put our idea out there for a stylish steel toe boot you responded with feedback enthusiasm and support so we knew we had to make it happen. We launched our Kickstarter in February and before it was over schools were closed and COVID was in full swing. But still you backed us and you rooted for us. We reached our goal in 29 hours and more than tripled our target! I took my very first shoemaking class in Cuernavaca Mexico many years ago. Ill never forget the patience of the maestro the tidy workshop the smell of leather and the walls covered with new riding saddles.
