Eileanan Brèagha Vineyards in Marble Mountain is the first and only estate winery on Cape Breton Island. Situated on a 200 acre property overlooking the beautiful Bras d’Or Lakes, this well-established vineyard has been producing high quality, award winning grapes since the early 1990s. 2014 is the first year they are producing their own wines and I want to share that I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to partake in a pre-opening taste and it's was fantastic! Sepilok Orang Utan Sanctuary, near Sandakan, in the state of Sabah, East Malaysia. Sepilok was founded in 1964 and was the first official oranguran rehabilitation project designed to rescue orphaned baby orangutans from logging sites, plantations, illegal hunting or kept as pets. Sepilok Orang Utan Sanctuary, near Sandakan, in the state of Sabah, East Malaysia. Sepilok was founded in 1964 and was the first official oranguran rehabilitation project designed to rescue orphaned baby orangutans from logging sites, plantations, illegal hunting or kept as pets. From the jungles to the deserts, from the Arctic to the Antarctic, this rugged airplane can be flown on wheels, skis or floats and this is why Brian enjoys flying them ever so much!
Mount Kinabalu, Sabah, Borneo. Mount Kinabalu is the highest mountain in the Malay Archipelago. At it's summit (Low's Peak) it stands at a height of 4,095 meters or 13,435 ft above sea level.
