'Homage 2 Two' is in honour of my two grandmothers who patiently taught me to sew, knit, crochet, tat and quilt. They set me on a creative path with skills I would use my whole life. The number two is repeated in double circles, stitched into the background and as plastic embellishments on the surface. Many of the 222 buttons sewn on the path and container are from my grandmothers’ own button collections.
