Vegan Chickpea and mushroom hand pies like a meat tourtiere in French but completely vegan, recipe from Riccardo except I put a heaping tsp of turmeric in my flour to add a nice yellow tint to my crust.
I made these spinach banana "muffins" with dark chocolate chips from http://thegreenforks.com/popeye-muffins/ but if you make mini loaf size like these you need 40-45 mins baking time not 18 minutes like the recipe.
I love these bars $14.00 for a box of 12. Got em @ Loblaws, naturally sweetened no added sugar and VEGAN !! oh yeah :) Chai berry with coconut, dates and blueberries. I should find a recipe to make em myself though.
My own creation lol. Quinoa cooked in a little broth and made into patties with cooked shredded sweet potato, mint, ground flax seeds, and some Victorian Epicure Morrocan Beet and Mint Dip Mix. Simple sauce made of VEGANAISE mint and lemon juice. Wrapping it all with lettuce and cucumbers in flat bread just made it soooo much more delish !
