A Remarkable Bridge In Michigan, The Tridge Is Full Of Magnificent Views
Juliana Airport, in the Antilles, has one of the shortest airstrips in the world and, in order to land, planes have to descend down to 10-20 meters above the heads of relaxing tourists on Maho beach. The landing strip is just over 2,000 meters-long, barely enough for large jets to complete their landings. Alaska... one in a billion photo The photo was taken at the entrance to Katlian Bay at the end of the road in Sitka , Alaska . The whale is coming up to scoop up a mouthful of herring. The kayaker is a local Sitka Dentist. He apparently didn't sustain any injuries from the terrifying experience. The whale's mouth is fully open with the bottom half under the boat. Look at the picture again - He is in the whale's MOUTH! by Mark Tennant. Orcas, Canoa Kayak, Cool Pictures, Cool Photos, Foto One, Wow Photo, Photo Blog, America Do Norte, All Nature

The Oarfish is a rare, solitary, and giant denizen of the ocean depths (arguably larger than a Whale Shark. (The Oarfish,17m as opposed to the Whale Shark, 12.96m in the Guinness Book of World Records.)) and is a filter feeder, comfortable cruising at depths of 200 m. Mistakenly named for its prominent pectoral oars with which it was thought to 'row', it undulates serpentlike with its dorsal fins and has been seen orienting itself vertically. This is one of rare photo. Thanks for pinning! Deep Sea Creatures, Beautiful Sea Creatures, Underwater Life, Trucage Photo, Life Photo, Oarfish, Fauna Marina, Deep Sea Fishing
