A bequest is the most common form of a planned gift. Anyone with an estate can make a bequest. The concept of an ‘estate’ has come to be understood as something only wealthy people have. This is not the case. Anyone who owns something can will it to a charitable organization. In order to make a bequest, you must have a will. The KWS always appreciates the chance to consult with donors about their intentions. Please contact the shelter for more info.
Thank you to all our volunteers for all the support!
