5 lbs ground beef or ground deer  5 lbs ground pork or ground hog  4 lbs of bacon (1 1/2 lbs needs to be precooked)  1 cup of sausage seasoning  Your favorite meat rub

MEAT PIES.  Brown 1lb. Venison-Pork ground Sausage, then add 1 finely chopped onion & 4 minced Garlic cloves.  When onion is tender, add 2 Tbl. Flour and stir 5 Min. then stir in 1/2 C. water.  Add 1/2C. Fresh Cilantro.  Cool & fill mini crusts-brush w/ eggwash and Bake@350 for 16-20 min. or until browned.

Right? (Moose roast.) I say it like that because it does taste really good but it took no where near 8 hours. Half that time max is needed. At least in my slow cooker.
