The one thing I love about Keto is that all the foods are easily interchangeable to make YUMMY recipes I always failed other diets because I would restrict myself to eating the same thing. While this might work for some (hint hint my boyfriend) I have to change it up often. So today I threw together some leftover chicken sautéed mushrooms and one very ripe avocado all drizzled in avocado oil with salt and pepper to taste.
