PEPPERY RANCH CHEESE BALL - 1 8 oz pck cream cheese; 1 clove garlic; 1/2 bunch chives, thin sliced; 1/3 C Italian parsley, chopped; 1/2 lemon, juiced; 1 oz McCormick Perfect Pinch Roasted Garlic & Bell Pepper; 2 tsp cracked black pepper - Mince garlic, & add pinch salt. Mash garlic/salt til paste forms. In bowl, stir garlic paste, chives, parsley, lemon juice, & cream cheese together til combined. Form ball & refrigerate 20 mins. In flat dish mix McCormick seas w/pepper. Roll ball in spice mix.
