These turned out sooooo much better than what I envisioned. I'm so pleased. A parent donated big pine cones. I hot glued them onto 1x4s and the kids decorated them with glitter. I took pics of my students, printed and laminated them. I then glued them along with some mini ornaments from the Dollar Tree. The kids don't know their pics are in front of the "tree". Hehe. They will be so proud to give these keepsakes.
