Beer Cheese Dip - This is the recipe I use. It's better to use finely shredded cheddar and 1/2 of a 12 oz. beer which means you can drink the other half while making it. :) I like using Leinie's Honey Weiss. A friend uses O'Doul's. The recipe won't looke like the pic since you don't melt the cheese. Weird pic.
