I used 6 bananas in a double batch and I only used 1 cup of maple syrup... it still tasted sweet  I didn’t used chia seeds but I added about 1/4 cup of flaxseed and hemp seed to replace the same about of flour I used whole wheat flour and instant oats  as well as topped the muffins with pumpkin seeds They were yummy!

These gluten free, dairy free banana oat muffins use certified gluten free oats. Healthy muffins that taste so good, you will think they were a sweet treat!
