Day 13 #greenvegchallenge I sautéed 3 cloves garlic in 1 Tbsp oil, then added the onion, then a 1 inch peace of chopped fresh ginger, then the carrots and the bok choi whites. I added the rest of the veggies and a mixture of 1/2 cup water, 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbst lemon or lime juice, 1 Tbsp honey, 1/2 tsp corn starch (optional) and a 1/2 tsp chili powder
