Cool completely before removing from the pan. I also greased pan with coconut oil.

BANANA BREAD IN PERFECT PETITE 3 large bananas mashed 1/2 cup of white sugar 1 egg 1 tsp of Baking Soda 1 tsp of EPICURE Baking Powder 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour 1/3 cup melted butter 1/2 tsp of salt (optional 1 tsp of EPICURE APPLE PIE Mix first three ingredients together then whisk the remainder ingredients in. Bake at 375 F in convect oven for 15 minutes in Epicure Perfect Petit Silicone Mold. I added chocolate chips on top and pieces of real banana for presentation. Enjoy !
