Lasagna Cups: Probably would NOT make these again. A lot more work than normal lasagna and the cups/pasta got very hard and dried out while baking. Tasted great, but would just make it like a regular lasagna next time.
Good low-carb breakfast -put ham in a cupcake pan, fill with one egg and misc ingredients (cheese, Bacon, Spices, Veggies) then bake! Spray/oil muffin tin and bake about 15 minutes at 400 for fully cooked whites and firm but soft yolks.

For the Love of Food: Raw Zucchini and Tomato Lasagna. Wondering how that almond cheese recipe turns out. Maybe I could adapt it for use in a regular cooked lasagna. But Im a little scared of non-cheese.
