Kale Tabouhli, Modified this recipe,  added finely chopped chopped coloured peppers and pine nuts. also instead of lemon juice it is better if you remove the plith of each individual lemon segment, finely chop and add to salad.

Kale bunch curly parsley (or 2 if the bunch is small) bunch curly kale 2 persian cucumbers or english cucumber, diced 1 shallot, finely diced cup quinoa cup fresh squeezed lemon juice cup sesame oil Salt to taste
