Health and Wellness

"Being stuck in the same spot terrifies me." "I'm scared of ending up with health issues like my dad." "What if I share my idea and everyone thinks it's dumb?" We all have a fear of something. Failure, judgement, rejection, insignificance. We may not acknowledge it, or even realize it. These thoughts often operate in the background, silently dictating our choices. But - it's possible to rewrite that script. The first step is recognizing your thought patterns. Then, we work to change them.
Have any of these happened to you? For me it's D: All of the above. So I spend a lot of time re-setting. Re-setting my reactions, my goals, my expectations, my emotions. Always re-setting. Because it's the only way to make sure I'm directing my own life, instead of just following along. Intentional Living/ Personal Transformation / Need a change / Personal Wellness
