My very favourite writing event of the year is TRAFALGAR 24 in Trafalgar Castle, Whitby, Ontario. Every year Driftwood Theatre locks playwrights in the castle over night. We each have to write a play in 8 hours. Then, in the morning, the writers leave and the directors and actors come in and rehearse.
