Butter (salted) - 3/4 c. cold water - 1 can sweetened condensed milk - a pinch of salt Directions: 1. In a saucepan, bring sugar, syrup and butter to a boil. Cook at medium 7-8 minutes. 2. Remove from heat, add cold water in 3 parts. 3. Add condensed milk. Add a pinch of salt, to taste. 4. Cool and pour into 250 mL glass jars. Makes 6 x 250 mL glass jars.
