Barbara D. Brownsville, OR. #LittleFreeLibrary #FreeLittleLibrary "I am a retired Children's Library Assistant, who moved from the big city to the small town of Brownsville, Oregon. My sweetheart made me my own little library because he knew how badly I wanted one. I love sharing books with my community. I painted it white to match our 1891 farmhouse. The periwinkle trim?...because I like the color periwinkle!"
Gary Feezel. Woodstock, IL. Our library design is based on the Historic & Iconic bell tower of our Opera House, located down the street. We've dedicated the library to our Aunt, who served on out City's Rescue Squad for 23 years, and was a prolific reader.
Kimberly R. Guelph, ON. Most of our Library's materials were source for second hand or free. We try to have French and English books in the library, since the public school on our street is french immersion. There are books for babies through adults, fiction and nonfiction.
Bev S. As a birthday gift, my kids purchased a Little Free Library Charter and my husband built the library. Our home is on a sidewalk that leads to a pond and public beach that is actively used in the summer time.
DM Killarney. Kalamazoo, MI. This Little Free Library book exchange had its grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony on Aug 19, 2017.
