It's been an incredible weekend in Texas! We were invited to the Bar None Ranch to hang play and party with an amazing group of people. It was a weekend filled with so much love gratitude and southern hospitality. We also had the pleasure of visiting San Antonio and Austin. Overall an unforgettable weekend filled with everything from bat watching to disc golf tournaments to shotgun skeet shooting to seeing my first armadillo. I can't wait to go back to Texas and visit again!
Homemade potpourri I wanted to have some decorations for our bathroom and since there's no natural light for a plant I thought potpourri would be a great addition for something bright that also smells great. It was really fun and easy to make! I got an assortment of flowers sliced up a lemon and orange and shaved peelings from a pomegranate. Finding our way through the jungle of North Carolina We have been driving through the mountains here and I am amazed by all the greenery and lushness. It feels like a jungle with vines hanging from all the trees and birds singing everywhere. Last night I saw my first firefly and I could not have been more excited. Apparently there is a time of year down here where thousands of fireflies gather and flash together in sync. Ever heard of this event? I need to see it!
Feeling ready to conquer! After travelling the last few weeks we're back in Toronto. I've got my office space set up the apartment is cleaned from unpacking and a workout routine is in place. May 25th has starting started of very productive and I'm feeling excited for all that's too come
