Apple crisp in the large steamer. 4 apples peeled, cored and sliced 1/2 tsp Epicure's Apple Pie Spice 2/3 cups flour 2/3 cup oatmeal 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup soft margarine 1. Place sliced apples in bottom square steamer and sprinkle on the 1/2 tsp of Epicure's Apple Pie Spice. 2. Mix together flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, and margarine (or butter) in a separ ate bowl until crumbly. 3. Spread over apples to cover. 4. Cover and put in microwave. Cook on high power for 8 minutes.
