Brockville December 30, 1984	Doug Lilly   There’s a brief lull between passenger trains at Brockville, Ontario, so the dispatcher has let a Montreal-bound freight out of the Brockville yard. This is a heavily travelled passenger corridor, and the engineer is pushing his three GP9’s to the limit to quickly get to track speed. Meanwhile, the CP local from Smiths Falls is getting ready to return north. The local’s S2 is out of sight getting a few more cars for its train
