Tired of my hum drum mirror,I cut plywood and glue bamboo on and stained.Glued the mirror in place and hung it up.I think it looks great!Love my homegrown bamboo projects.

I have my own bamboo growing and every year I cut it back to cure for crafting. My living room is huge and my clock looked like it was drowning on the wall.So...I cut a plywood circle, glue bamboo on and stained it to match my wood trim. Then I put a hole in the plywood for my nail to hook on the wall with my clock.Voila!I think I have a one of a kind here and I love it.

Here's my little princess all spifted up!

I bought this old chair from a teacher for $60 in oct 2009.Then I had it recovered by Ellenor Renaud from Rags to Riches.I invested another $700 and she did an outstanding job with my chair.I then had it appraised by an antique dealer from Kingville. She told me this is a Queen stlye chair from the 1800's.My chair now is worth $2000 to $3 000!I love the new material I picked.Looks elegant. It went from brown to crowned!
