Cut them into steaks or wedges, lightly season and roast in the oven. These roasted cabbage wedges are full of flavour and all things good.

Day 2-stir fried brown rice. Sautéed onions, garlic, ginger, add finely chopped kale, and leftover chicken, braggs soy seasoning, squeeze of lemon, salt and pepper.  I think crushed almonds would be a nice addition too. So many veggie possibilities but I was too tired to prep more (:
