Zucchini Chips . These were really good :-)  I didn't really measure ingredients, just eyed it.  Used a mandolin to make sure slice were consistent.  Due to some comments on original recipe, I started the chip at 400 degree for 15 min on top shelf, then 425 on middle shelf for another 12 min.  Just watch to make sure they don't burn
