Fool proof! 5-6 cups plums, seeded (or your favourite fruit for jam) 1 apple, peeled and cut into chunks 1/2 lemon, juiced honey or coconut sugar as needed 1. Place plums, apple and lemon juice in a pot. Bring to a low simmer covered for 30 minutes. 2. Remove cover and stir slowly until desired thickness is achieved . 3. Once cool, transfer to your blender or food processor and process until smooth. 4. Refrigerate.
