Cashew Coffee is one of the latest coffee-trends making the rounds, and we have to say, we're big fans! In a blender, mix a mug of fresh brewed hot coffee, cashews (try starting with half a cup), tbsp of honey and a pinch of salt. Blend till foamy any no bits of cashew are left. Enjoy hot or cold over ice. The result is a super creamy, nutty and slightly sweet coffee that will remind you of a latte.
Cold brew lets the coffee soak in cold water for an extended period of time and tends to be more rounded, sweeter, lower in acid and good for mixing with dairy. But, if you prefer your cold coffee black, you'll appreciate the brightness you get from a traditionally hot brewed coffee that has been chilled, called iced coffee. Many coffee lovers find Japanese-style iced coffee to be best which brews hot coffee directly over ice to rapidly chill the coffee and preserve its fresh brewed flavor.
