The recipe of the day is sweet and sour baby radish salad, it is a side dish. It is inspired by the Korean’s pickled radish salad. When we order the Korean takeout they always give us some small side dishes which I really enjoy. After having the meat and fried chicken I usually like to have the side dishes. I really like dykon(radish), cucumber salad, bean sprout salad, kimchee etc. For me, they are just as good as the main dishes.
