Peanut Balls | Core Strengthening | OT Activities for Kids
Peanut Balls!!! I must say, these are quite intriguing to kids the first time they see them but oh so much fun! Sit and straddle the ball, the reach on either side. This works on core strength! And my all time favorite....Roll the ball over a child's body with enough even pressure. This provides a calming, grounding sensation! HAVE FUN WITH THE PEANUT!
