BREAKFAST MUFFINS.Breakfast Muffins - basically any diced veggies,meat, or cheese you want in a regular muffin tin, cover with few eggs beaten with a bit of milk. Bake 325 x 30 mins, check doneness with toothpick. 1 tsp breadcrumbs in bottom of tins if desired for "crust." Keep in fridge, microwave x 30-45 secs.

Breakfast muffins: Pour egg into a greased cupcake pan, then add toppings (mushrooms, veggies, and meat, turkey). Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes; Pop them into plastic bags so that you can grab them easily in the morning.
