1hr · 4 servings Recipe: • -1 big cauliflower • Boil in salted water 5-10mins. • Take it out and let it steam fry for 10mins. • Sauce: • -1 onion • -4 cloves garlic • -4 red Chilis • Toast in a pan for 5-10mins until softened. • -1/4 cup (60ml) pineapple juice • -2 Tbsp white wine vinegar • -3 Tbsp oil • -1 Tsp cumin • -2 Tsp paprika • -salt and pepper to taste • Blend and cover the cauliflower with it. • Bake at 225C/450F for 45mins.

Healthy breakfast yogurt bread🍞 Ingredients: 2 cups yogurt 3 cups oatmeal 3 Tbsp cranberries 3 Tbsp sunflower seeds 3 Tbsp pumpkin seeds 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp honey Place all ingredients in a bowl. Stir using spoon or spatula. Transfer to prepared loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 180ºC / 350°F Enjoy!
