The Stone of Scone or Stone of Destiny is the coronation stone that was used during the coronation ceremonies of Scottish monarchs. The tradition was later adopted by British monarchs after the Stone was stolen during the war of independence.

A simple, slow cooker meal - cheesy enchilada quinoa. I made this for dinner tonight. Really tasty. Add the jalapeño for full flavor. I used verde enchilada sauce. It's really a thick stew consistency. Perhaps serve in a bowl with tortilla chips.

This looks so yummy -- love quinoa! This is my favorite salad right now; I could eat it all day. California Quinoa Salad (Whole Foods copycat) I got all the ingredients at Trader Joe's. FYI, this makes ALOT, half the recipe feeds at least people.
