Here comes the mid-week exercise tip for all you belliconers: 1) Cross your extended arms in front of your body, alternating which arm is on top, while moving them above your head and back again. 2) Continue the arm movements while bouncing. 3) Increase the difficulty by moving your feet in a forward/backward scissor step motion. 4) Return to normal bouncing.
