We have some organic tomato. Which I washed of course. Pour this baby in. We come in with our cauliflower. Wow. This is really healthy. This is a super healthy terrine casserole. We have our carrots. Just like this. You can buy them whole and chop them but this is so much more convenient. You know, they're all ready and nice and they're going to be nice crunchy. Top it with our onions. Mm hands. Yeah. Nice onions. This is a yellow onion. You can use white, red, whatever. So set this aside for a moment and over here I got six whole eggs. I'm going to put a third cup of flour, all-purpose flour, okay? Third cup Okay. Look at that. Now you want to whisk this together. And while you whisk this I have some milk some whole milk this is lactose free so even you know dairy tolerant can eat this recipe but you can use whatever milk you prefer it doesn't make a difference and we're adding about 20 ounces 20 fluid ounces of milk Nice and perfect. Before we pour this in, we have some chopped parsley. Done their gorgeousness in. Final whisk. Okay? And when I pour this goodness in there. That looks so good. Just like that. All of this goodness, okay? Now, you want to make sure it's all nice, you know, and compact, just like this. There you go. And now just on the surface we're going to add some salt. Just a little bit on top. Mm. Okay? Cuz then you need less, you know? If you put the salt on top, you need less and just some pepper. You know, it's like, you know, when you put powdered sugar on top of desserts, you know, you need less sugar to make it sweet. It's perfect if you can't have much salt or much sugar, that's a nice technique. Okay. We have some extra sharp cheddar and that's what we're going to top this goodness with. Look at this. Cover all your goodness. It's about half the pack of cheddar. Look at that. Make sure it's all there. Do not put it too much on the side because we don't want to crisp up too much. And that's it. Look at this gorgeousness. Okay? The all the eggs are going to rise and stuff. And now we bake these at 350 for 45 minutes. And the result will surprise you. Let's go. Some ground beef. Oh. And some Johnsonville hot sausage. Okay. Just like that. Pour this goodness in there. I have 2 eggs. Okay. Crack them right in there. Wow. Take care of the shells, okay? Skills. Yeah. I have some parsley. Ooh. And some tiny chopped onions. Wow. Pour that in there. Okay. Mm. Some plain bread crumbs. You can use the herb ones, whatever you want. But I love the plains because we got the parsley already. And you don't need much. It's just to get absorb all the nice moisture of the meat. Have some whole milk. I'm going to put two cups. Oh. One. And you can fry your meatball befores. But you know I'm a big boy. I don't want to you know I'm already on a diet so I'm going to do the healthy version of it. Okay. Okay. You fry yours first. But you know. This is way health. This is going to get crunchy the same way. Okay. So pretty. Look at that. Wow. Yum. Swirl it around. Okay. Okay and this marinade is going to mix all with the juice of the meatballs. Okay. In the oven. Wow. And now we cook it at 350 for about 25 minutes. Oh yummy. Oh yeah let's go. Mm. I'm going to place my frozen hash brown patties. I have here about a dozen eggs. I'll put some salt. Some whole milk. And a touch of pepper. Oh yeah. I love pepper with my eggs. Briefly whisk this. They don't need to be perfect because sometimes you know even the yolk is good by itself. Mm. So let's pour this on top of our hash browns. Ooh so this is just like a big breakfast that you're making. Yes. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And you want to make sure your family and friends have a good nice breakfast. You know. Oh, this looks so good. Uh here's here's our york sheep. I have some crisp that bacon. Ooh. How crunchy? We're going to crush this. Just like that. Very easy. You can leave big chunks. We're now to finish and top this with some sharp cheddar. Oh. Okay and you can put a lot. Cuz I like a lot. You know we had the protein. We had the veggies and now we can indulge in some you know a little bit of fattier thing. Cuz it's good. You know cheese is good. We've got all the essential amino acids. In the meantime have some garlic in a bowl. So while that's cooking you're doing something else. Okay. Some chopped parsley. Ooh. Some extra virgin olive oil. Mm. Okay. This one is organic but you can use whatever brand you like. About this much. Mhm. And some black pepper. Ooh black pepper. I love black pepper. Just let's see. Oh perfect. Whisk this goodness. Ooh. Okay. Ooh. Now it is nice and melted. Mm. Okay. Let's put it back on our nice cael. And just to finish it up. Mhm. This is some parmesan. Mhm. Shred it. Shaved. Okay.
