Avocado Chicken Salad: 2 or 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 avocado chopped onion juice of a lime 2 Tbsp cilantro salt and pepper to taste. Cook chicken breast until done let cool and then shred. Mix with all other ingredients.
Cinnamon Roll Pancakes- these were good. Id use a box mix for pancakes instead of the recipe in this. This recipe is a bit blah for the pancake part. With that tweak, its a dessert pancake at its best.
Roasted Potatoe--Cook a pierced potato in the microwave for minutes until soft throughout. Cut in half, then into squares (just down to skin). Season with butter, parmesan. Place in oven on aluminum foil-lined pan and broil for 10 - 15 minutes.
