Holy hell these are amazing. Like carrot cake only healthier. I used coconut oil instead of canola and used a cup of powdered sugar and a little coconut extract to make a little drizzle so the kids might actually eat them.
This is a very simple banana bread that you can whip up in no time! If your family doesn't like nuts in their bread you can leave them out or replace them with chocolate chips! The batter to this recipe is very thick and you may be tempted to add more.
