Russian Toffee 2 cups brown sugar ½ lb butter ¾ cup corn syrup 1 tin Eagle Brand milk Stir first 3 ingredients into a heavy sauce pan over med-high heat until melted. Then add milk, stir continuously for 20-25 mins. Pour immediately into greased pan and refrigerate for 2-2.5 hours.
3cups quick oats, 1/4 cup coconut, 1/2 cup epicure chocolate chips, 1/4 dried cranberries, 1/2 cup butter softened, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp epicure Apple pie spice, 1/4 cup honey mix it all together push into perfect petite pan using back of a spoon and bake on 350 for 18 minutes. Cool completely before removing from the pan. I also greased pan with coconut oil.

Mix together flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, and margarine (or butter) in a separ ate bowl until crumbly. 3. Spread over apples to cover. 4. Cover and put in microwave. Cook on high power for 8 minutes.
