I kinda do this but not x That is a long time. I usually don't run 5 minutes. minutes but I sprint longer. I found this much better than just jogging for minutes.

Great weight lifting checklist but the rest time is quite long. I recommend go 30-45 sec rest time  and end each workout day with good core exercise
