Fresh vs Frozen Veggies
Frozen veggies get such a bad rap! 🤔 But did you know that many frozen veggies are actually MORE nutritious than their fresh counterparts? Frozen veggies are picked at peak ripeness and immediately frozen. So all the nutrients that could possibly be in that veggie are there. Fresh veggies, on the other hand, are often picked several days before they are ripe, and then shipped to your grocery store.
