Mission San Esteban Rey: 1641The Acoma Pueblo is a 7 acre pueblo which has been inhabited since 1100 AD, and is the oldest continuously inhabited pueblo in North America.  However, that isn't the most amazing part.  It is believed that the inhabitants originally migrated there from either Mesa Verde or Chaco Canyon.  In the beginning, they lived in the valley below where farming was successful.
