A few social TV and second screen initiatives from work at the CBC 2011-2012.

A still of the social TV integration we're doing for Battle of the Blades. The approach allows us to bring in audience photos from across Canada and integrate them into the show, pretty much live.   You can see these fan photos on the projector walls around the arena, just above the live audience.  A bunch of tech was used to make this. The following graphic shows the relationship between the total interactions and the participants. This is the result of sorting all the participants by number of interactions. We can see that 3% of all profiles interacting on Facebook during the total period generated 50% of all interactions.
